Return Process

  Contact our family support team via email or our online portal within 14 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.

  Inspection and Documentation

  Provide clear photos of the bike's current condition and odometer reading to verify that the unit is in like-new condition and within the trial mileage limit.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your bike in its original heavy-duty shipping crate to prevent any structural damage during the return transit.

• 4.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your location and process your refund upon final warehouse inspection.
